Julian Canda and Torrey Rogness Sign with Western Oregon University
National signing day for football was an exciting day at Silverton High School!
Football standouts Julian Canda and Torrey Rogness both received partial scholarships to attend WOU as members of the Wolves Football Program. Their dedication in athletics, time in the weight room, focus in the classroom, and leadership among the student body all contributed to their high school success. In addition to football, these 3-sport athletes have also found time to excel in Basketball and Track and Field. Congratulations to both student-athletes on their accomplishments and best of luck in the future as college football players.

Congratulations to Torrey Rogness for being selected by the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association to play in the 2012 Les Schwab Bowl. Torrey was chosen out of all Oregon’s 5A and 6A football players to represent his school, community, and football program in this classic North vs.
