Principal's Message
SHS Students and Parents,
November 9th 2009, Silverton High School changed the way students park their vehicles on campus. Prior to that date, students were assigned a specific parking space. We changed this practice to “first come-first served”. We are hoping this change will utilize every parking space more efficiently. Students wishing to park on the Pine Street campus need to arrive early to assure themselves of a parking space. The Schlador campus remains our overflow parking option, however students will still be expected to arrive to school on time. SHS faculty continue to be assigned a specific parking space and those spaces are clearly marked for Staff only.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through some of the issues of moving to a new campus.
Mark Hannan
Principal, Silverton High School
