Project Graduation is an opportunity for Silverton High School parents to provide an all-night, alcohol and drug-free graduation party for this year's seniors. Meeting notices and information about fund raising events will be posted on this page.

Project Graduation Up-Date
Less than 4 months to go until the “Big” day.
We could use your help in finishing up the last few details.
Here is how you can help:
-> Attend the Dodge Ball Tournament on April 7th at the Pine St. Campus. Games start at 9am, go on all day until there is a champion (usually around 5pm). Cost $4 with a can of food for SACA, otherwise $5. Kids age 3 & younger $3, includes Easter Egg Hunt!
-> Purchase a Willamette Valley Fruit Co. Pie through Melissa Kuenzi, call her at 503-851-6204 or email at tmkuenzi@frontier.com. Pie pick-up on April 7th from 8am – 10 am at the Grant St. turnaround.
-> Pick up a Figaro’s Pizza on April 16th from 4pm to 8pm.
-> Attend a Project Graduation meeting on April 9th and May 7th, Trinity Lutheran Church at 6:30
-> Sign-up to chaperone at the all-night Party on June 7th. Contact Paula Holt: paulaholt99@gmail.com

Let’s Party like it’s 2012 Graduation Night!
Tickets go on sale the week of May 7th , find us during lunch in the commons. Cost is $10. Purchase your ticket within the first three days and be among the first to choose your gift at the party. No group sales first three days.
The night of the Party:
-> Meet at the High School small gym by 9:30, Bus leaves at 10:15 pm. Arrive at Kroc center around 10:45 pm.
-> Your belongings will be searched, so don’t be surprised! All prescriptions will be kept for you in a safe place!
-> All students must ride the bus “to and from” the Party.
-> If alcohol is detected the student will not be admitted to the party.
-> If a student has purchased a ticket but does not show up, we will call home to check with a parent.

Quilt Raffle! Stay warm while showing your school spirit. Check out the "GO FOXES" team spirit quilt. Look for us at the varsity boys and girls basketball games, or contact Allison at alydix@msn.com to purchase some tickets. Winner will be drawn at the last boys basketball game on February 17th.
Les Schwaab Hamburger BBQ is February 25th from 11:00-3:00 in the Les Schwaab parking lot located at 501 N. First St. You can purchase a humburger, chips and drink for $4.00.
Dodgeball Tournament is April 7th. Tournament starts at 9:00 a.m. We play until we have a champion, which is usually about 5:00 p.m. Entry fee is $5.00 or $4.00 with a food donation to SACA. $3.00 for kids 0-9 (egg hunt age). Teams should sign up before February 18th to avoid a $50.00 late fee. Final deadline for ALL info is March 1st.
There will be an Easter Egg Hunt during the Dodgeball Tournament for children ages 0-9. It will be held in the Courtyard outside the Commons. Times are as follows:
Age 0-3 starts at 10:00 a.m.
Age 4-5 starts at 11:00 a.m.
Age 6-7 starts at 12:30 p.m.
Age 8-9 starts at 1:30 p.m.
Easter Egg Hunt prize donations are needed.
Wooden Nickel Day is Tuesday, March 6th. 10% of all sales, even clothes and gift cards, go towards Project Graduation. The Nickel open at 11:00 a.m. or get your food to go!
Slideshow/CD for grad. party
Please email your senior's baby picture to silverton2012@gmail.com or mail it to Wendy and Wil Burton at 37791 S. Hwy. 213 Mt. Angel, OR 97362. Each graduate will receive a copy of the CD when they return to high school after party. There is no cost to graduate for the CD(part of our fundraising).
Chaperones are needed for the party on June 7th. Two different shifts: 9:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m. OR 1:30-4:30 a.m. OR pull an all-nighter (remember those days??). Chaperones rotate every 30 minutes. Contact Paula Holt if you want to help out, paulaholt99@gmail.com.

Meetings:
First Monday of every month from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church. Scheduled dates are: 12/12, 1/9, 2/6, 3/5, 4/2 and 5/7.
