CONGRATULATIONS to junior Morgan Anderson and sophomore Morgan Coxen for qualifying for the State meet.  Morgan Anderson, returning from an injury which sidelined her for almost 3 weeks of the season, placed 2nd at the Conference Championship meet, less than 2 seconds off the winning time at 19:37.5, the 3rd fastest time in SHS's history.  Morgan Coxen moved up again in the Conference by out kicking junior Juve Guzman from Woodburn for the 3rd spot.  Morgan ran a personal best of 16:29, which is the 10th fastest 5K time ran by a Silverton athlete (Districts & State).
