2009-2010 State Scholarships

Sigma Phi Epsilon

• The Balanced Man Scholarship will be awarded to an young man attending Oregon State University the fall of 2010.
• Applicants should excel in the fields of academics, athletics, leadership, and community service.
• Two $1000 scholarships and four $500 will be awarded.
• Applicants can apply online:  www.osu-spe.com.
• Applications available in the career center.
• Application Deadline:  June 15, 2010.

Oregon FFA Association 2010 Fair Scholarships

• Must be an Oregon resident and have or plan to graudate from an Oregon High School.
• Must be an United States citizen or eligible non-citizen.
• Must be a current member of the Oregon FFA Association.
• Applicants must plan to attend a vocational-technical school, community college or four-year college or university that will lead to a vocational certificate, license, or college degree beginning in the fall immediately following graduation from high school.
• Applicant must have participated in FFA activities at their county fair for two or more years.
• The Oregon Fairs Foundation offers two $1000 scholarships.
• The Oregon State Parks Commission will offer four scholarships:  two at $1000, and two at $500.
• Application Deadline:  July 1, 2010
